RT7266為ACOT®模式控制的同步降壓型 DC/DC 轉換器，先進固定導通時間(ACOT®)控制架構僅須外加少數的元件即可達到快速的暫態回應特性，內建的低阻抗MOSFET可在輸入電壓範圍4.5V至18V內提供高效率的操作狀態，專有的 ACOT® 模式控制電路可支援所有的的陶瓷電容設計，輸出電壓可調範圍0.765V至8V，可藉由外部電容調整設計緩啟動的時間。
